Napakahalaga to build a genuine relationship with your members. Ang Care Circle ay hindi lang para sa attendance o pang-sesermon kundi pagkakaroon ng relasyon sa isa’t isa at sama-samang pagtahak sa buhay.
Mga bagay na makakatulong:
1. I-welcome ang grupo.
2. Kung kayang magkaroon ng ice breaker, mas mainam!
3. Kamustahin ang kanilang mga naging nakaraang lingo – any highlights or challenges.
4. Kamustahin kung nagawa ba nila ang application last week
5. Kamustahin kung meron bang answered prayers mula sa inyong mga ipinanalangin.

I. INTRODUCTION
Kung nalaman mo lang, ano ang iyong reaksyon sa kwento? Bigyan ko kayo ng tig-isang minuto upang pag-usapan ng iyong katabi kung ano ang iyong magiging reaksyon?
II. PASSAGE
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places,
4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love
5 he predestined us for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will,
6 to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved.

III. BACKGROUND

'Blessed be’
- someone exists in a blessed state.
'Blessed us in Christ’
- ‘every blessing we could possibly need has been given in Christ.’
IV. FOR WHAT GOD HAS DONE
A. HE HAD PURPOSEFUL PLANS FOR YOU (vv 4 – 6)
'Purposeful Plan’
- ‘an intentional decision about what one is going to do’
a. HE CHOSE YOU FOR ETERNITY
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother's womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are Your works, my soul knows it very well.
Psalm 139: 13 - 14
Am I in Jesus?
b. HE MADE YOU TO BE HIS SON
“I will be a Father to you, and you will be my sons and daughters.”

REFLECTION:
Ano ang pakiramdam na malaman mo na ang 'purposeful plans’ ng Diyos sa iyo na pillin ka Niya upang makapiling Niya ng walang hanggan at maging anak Niya na may pribilehiyo at inheritance?
B. HE HAD PLANNED PURPOSES FOR YOU (vv 7 – 10)
'Planned Purpose’
- ‘a designed reason for which someone is created or existed’.
a. HE REDEEMED YOU FROM YOUR SINS
In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.
Hebrews 9: 22
Am I free?
b. HE REVEALED HIS WILL FOR YOU
God's purpose in all this was to use the church to display His wisdom in its rich variety...

Am I a follower?
REFLECTION:
Kung alam mo na ang ‘planned purposes’ ng Diyos sa iyo ay palayain ka sa kasalanan at ipakita ang magandang plano Niya para sa iyo, lalayo ka pa ba sa Kanya? Bakit?
CONCLUSION
Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
