Napakahalaga to build a genuine relationship with your members. Ang Care Circle ay hindi lang para sa attendance o pang-sesermon kundi pagkakaroon ng relasyon sa isa’t isa at sama-samang pagtahak sa buhay.
Mga bagay na makakatulong:
1. I-welcome ang grupo.
2. Kung kayang magkaroon ng ice breaker, mas mainam!
3. Kamustahin ang kanilang mga naging nakaraang lingo – any highlights or challenges.
4. Kamustahin kung nagawa ba nila ang application last week
5. Kamustahin kung meron bang answered prayers mula sa inyong mga ipinanalangin.

You hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy of you, when he said: This people honors me with their lips, but their heart is far from me; in vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. Matthew 15: 7 - 9
A. THE MEANINGS OF HYPOCRICY
Hypocrisy (Old Testament)
- Evil or Sin
- Godless or Ungodly (Isa 9: 17)
- Pollution or Corruption
- Insincerity (Jer 29: 13)
Hypocrisy (New Testament)
- pretender or play actor
He tries to convince everyone that he is one thing by his actions,
BUT he has no real love of God and no real desire to live a holy and obedient life.
B. THE MARKINGS OF HYPOCRITES
a. They are legalistic than loving (Luke 11: 42)
b. They want to be noticed / praises (Luke 11: 43)
c. They make men worse than better (Luke 11: 44 – 45)
d. They give men burdens than blessings (Luke 11: 46)
e. They build monuments to their guilt (Luke 11: 47 – 48)
f. They make the truth harder to find (Luke 11: 52)
C. THE MUTILATIONS OF HYPOCRITES
a. It defames the name of God
Your word say one thing and your life say something else. Until to the point that the unbelievers will have a reduced concept or not disrespect of God.
b. It distorts the nature of God
When we cause shame and reproach on the name of God, people get the wrong idea about God’s nature.
c. It deceives those who need God
Of all the things which the hypocrite does, this one could easily be considered the most severe.
JESUS’ WAYS – ATTITUDE WITH THE HYPOCRITES
A. JESUS RECOGNIZES THE NEED OF THE LOVE OF GOD
The love of God comes from the inside
with a change, converted, and circumcised heart.
B. JESUS REPLACES PRIDE WITH THE LOVE OF GOD
This changed heart will attack
our pride, presumptuous nature, and our ability to pretend.
The changed heart leads us to the place of being authentic.
C. JESUS RECEIVES TRUTH THROUGH THE LOVE OF GOD
We are not in charge of who is right and who is wrong, GOD IS.
We must receive His truth, His Word and His Spirit.
CONCLUSION (Luke 11: 37 – 54)
The heart of a hypocrite is impure (vv 39 – 40)
But Jesus wants an attitude with a clean heart than a clean hand.
The motive of a hypocrite is not right (v. 41)
But Jesus wants an attitude on why you give than what you give.
The focus of a hypocrite is small (v 42a)
But Jesus wants an attitude with major importance than minor importance.
The obedience of a hypocrite is selective (v 42b)
But Jesus wants an attitude of loving the unlovable.
The desire of a hypocrite is selfish (v 43)
Jesus wants an attitude with contentment than discontentment.
The influence of a hypocrite is destructive (v 44)
Jesus wants an attitude with positive character than negative character.

May area ba sa iyong buhay na mayroon kang nagiging hypocrisy?
Practice [I-apply ang Natutunan]
Ano ang mga pwede mong action na gawin o next step para Maitama ang iyong mga gawain?
